Recall that, in the final episodes of Season 6, Bjorn’s efforts to defend the Vestfold coastline were ruined by a surprise attack from his rival half-brother, Ivar the Boneless.
In the latest trailer for the upcoming second half of season six, he has revealed that Bjorn will somehow survive his injury and retaliate with one last desperate attack of his own.
But, in previous interviews, series producer Michael Hirst also revealed that Ivar’s perilous journey will culminate with some important moments throughout the sixth season.
“The fact is that we are going to learn a lot more about Ivar in season six. But we are going to see other aspects of his character and things that we did not expect from him. I am very pleased with the way his character deepens and changes. ”
This could mean that Ivar would be the one to rise to the top of it all. Mainly because Ivar in real life was one of the most famous Vikings in history, even though Alfred and his sons ended up dominating everything.
The date of the last season of Vikings is getting closer and closer, which will surprise all fans of the series.
